A: Our property features spacious accommodations, screened-in porches, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, outdoor patio parking, and stunning marsh views.

A: Yes, free on-site parking is available for guests.

Q: Do you provide linens and towels?

A: Yes, you’ll have all fresh linens and towels during your stay.  A washer and dryer is on site for your convenience.

A: We are just minutes away (Approximately 3 blocks) from the best beach entrance, many entrances provide a pleasurable walk through nature.

Q: What are some nearby attractions?

A: St. Simons Island offers a variety of attractions, including fishing, historic sites, nature trails, library, playgrounds, community swimming pool, picnic areas, putt putt golf, restaurants, and shopping areas.

 Q: Do you allow pets?

A: This home does not accommodate pets.  There are several boarding facilities on the island.  We all love dogs on East Beach. 

Q: Is smoking allowed on the property? 

A: Smoking is allowed outside only. There are comfortable spaces for you on the main entrance patio.

Q: Can I host an event or gathering at the property?

A: We love to accommodate family events.  Please contact us in advance for approval of any special events or gatherings that include more than the specified guests..
